Why Flying Goat?
Wondering where our name came from? Well... on our way back to Eau Claire, Wisconsin from Madison, Wisconsin where we perfected the recipe of our Cherry Cola, my wife Molly and I were bouncing names off each other. None of them stuck until we passed a goat farm on the highway and that's when we started brainstorming. We wanted the name to describe the effects from the THC, which is where "Flying" came from. And of course, we got "Goat" from the farm we passed!
What is Delta-9 THC?
Delta-9 THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in cannabis. This cannabinoid is known for its strong psychoactive effects in what we know as Marijuana. So, how can we sell Delta-9 products? Thanks to the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, as long as Delta-9 THC is extracted from hemp that contains 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, it is federally legal. Delta-9 THC from Hemp and Delta-9 THC from Marijuana offer the same potent effects you know and love, if you have experienced it before, of course!
How is this legal?
Due to the 2018 Farm Bill, all products with a dry weight percentage of 0.3% Delta-9 THC or less, when derived from hemp, are legal in all 50 states.
What are the effects?
The effects depend on your tolerance to THC. If you have never tried THC before, one 5mg soda will offer a calm, light buzz. If you have a higher tolerance, you may need to enjoy 2-3 cans to enjoy the effects.
Where is Flying Goat made?
We source the THC for our soda from La Crosse, Wisconsin and then we partner with a kickass brewery in Madison, Wisconsin to create and can our delicious sodas!
What is Nano THC?
Nano THC refers to nano-sonicated THC. Nano-sonicated THC is created to improve the absorption and bioavailability of THC. By breaking THC down into nanoparticles, it can be more easily absorbed by the body when consumed. This can lead to quicker onset of effects and potentially increased potency compared to traditional THC formulations.

You bet we do! Our discreet shipping practices maintain confidentiality, allowing you to enjoy your purchases without any unnecessary attention.
When will my order ship?
It depends on where you lived. We try to ship orders out as soon as possible. Our order processing times are 1-2 business days, but typically much quicker than that. If you order on the weekend, it will be shipped out the following business day (Holidays may affect this).
